Ausstellungsgestaltung: Alle Leistungsphasen 1-7 laut HOAS.

The Floodplain Forest A Landscape in Constant Change Orth Castle on the Danube, October 2026 – October 2027 Orth Castle on the Danube is the starting point of a traveling exhibition that explores the floodplain forest as a unique habitat that is constantly changing due to regular flooding. The exhibition begins with an audio narrative format consisting of five interviews. For these audio exhibits, the design uses modular sections to create a welcoming atmosphere and a sensory experience. The modules combine benches, stools, and pole structures into distinct sections. Large-format images on fabric panels structure the 65 m² space and serve as a bridge to the national park. The design incorporates elements inspired by nature and the surrounding environment: the branching patterns, the birdhouses, and the legs bathed in blue—all references to the shifting water levels in the floodplain forest. In the center, an interactive table invites visitors to design their own floodplain landscape until the next flood changes everything. With the “Au-Wuzzler,” visitors can alter the landscape and interactively discover the power of the river. All elements are made of ash wood; they are modular, transportable, reusable, and easily adaptable to different settings. Exhibition design: All service phases 1–7 in accordance with HOAS.
